CASE # 529456610 I've been on the phone with a rep, from another country, for over an hour trying to activate the new product. She is saying the License code on the new product is not good. I've repeated it over the phone several times and even emailed a picture to firstname.lastname@example.org. Now she is asking me to send the email again because she got the email address wrong. It was supposed to be sent to email@example.com. So now on the phone with a supervisor for another 1/2 hour she tells me the license code didn't work because they failed to enter the dashes in the appropriate spaces. Unbelievable!
