I feel cheated! This is the worst product ever. I replaceed item due to not taking a charge and pairing issue.. My replacement has the same problems the charging cradle is garbage and don’t work properly. The support app doesn’t offer any help it declines and he serial number by scan or manual entry. Cost to much to not be able to use
