I am not a big tea drinker. However, I thought I would try this tea. I had read that Hibiscus, ginger, and cinnamon would assist in weight loss. This tea is missing the cinnamon, so I added a half teaspoon of cinnamon powder to the steeping tea. This tea is actually pleasant to drink. I have only been drinking it for a few days so I cannot report on any weight loss. It is nice that the leaves can be saved and re-used 2 more times. This extends the number of servings per container. I just leave them in the tea strainer, wrap with plastic and put in the refrigerator until the next day. I haven't noticed any profound drop in flavor or strength.
