I bought 2 of these cameras. After 1 month, one of the power cords kept falling out of the camera. Kamitron refunded my money after I returned the camera. Then one month after that, the other camera just stopped working. I have reached out to Kamitron again, but have not heard back from them. UPDATE: Just received an email from Kamtron offering me a $40 gift card..and a request for me to remove my negative rating! Please beware! No company should offer a gift and ask you to remove a negative review. Negative reviews along with positive reviews give a customer a true picture of a product. I wonder how many people out there have been dissatisfied with this Kamtron camera and removed the negative review to accept the gift card? NOT RIGHT!
