I was really nervous about what condition this would arrive in... So to contrast with the poor reviews tied to shipping damage-- My unit was really packaged well-- double boxed, hard rubber inserts in base corners, custom cut styrofoam to protect all corners. Heavier duty cardboard on top and bottom of unit. Protection for glass door. I used to work for UPS and we would have considered the current packaging sufficient-- I'm not sure how much more they could do here without shipping on a pallet and charging way more.
Product: Nice looking, colder option than Frigidaire, NewAir, GE around this price... I want cool drinks not a wine chiller. I liked that it has a handle, glass door. Fan is nice too as some other units indicated inconsistent cooling but the fan equalizes the cool air.
Mine has a minor scratch on the door (top) that only i would notice-- it was under the protective film so I assume it was already there. A bit of a bummer but again, being picky here.
LED light is on or off all the time. Will update if anything breaks, otherwise 5 stars.
Take a good look at the packaging when you get it and don't forget to let it sit for 4 hours to acclimate.
