Bought this mixie 8 months ago, hardly used these jars not more than 10 times. From day 1 had the rust issue with the small jar as said by everybody. The big jar blades didn't rotate freely from first, had lubricate it every time before using it. It used to make a loud noise and vibrates a lot. Now the big jar the blades are stuck is not at all working, When we reach out to the Warranty services in US, their response is most pathetic. They said that we should have brought it directly from them rather than AMZ. For this of jar not working, the return shipment is on us and any service will be charged - we can buy a new mixie for those costs!!!
AMZ should stop promoting this mixie and warranty claim is just bogus.
