UPDATE: Had an unusual exception on the plane back. 787-8. Was talking to a fellow passenger about how well these worked. The plane had a universal plug in the back of the seat in front of me. So attempted to plug the converter into the seat and try it out. It would not stay plugged in. The seat plug is recessed slightly and is square in shape. The TESSAN adapter is rectangular and extends below the recessed portion so that it did not completely engage and popped out. Since it is not necessary to have the converter to be able to use the plug on the plane it was no issue, but just interesting. Not TESSAN's fault. The adapter worked fine everywhere else. I would give this adapter a 5+ if I could!

Recently went to Ireland on business. Bought two of these. Both worked as advertised. Could not have been better. I highly recommend this converter. Laptop, and phone chargers worked fine. They do not heat up during use. Will definitely look to this company for other converters for future trips to other countries.
