I buy these noodles because they're the only noodles on amazon that are air dried (not fried) and don't have 1700mg of sodium per serving. They have a good texture and springiness, and taste pretty good given the lower sodium. My biggest problem is that here lately the packages have been half full of just crumbled ramen. All things considered I feel like I'm getting half of what I ordered since only around half of each package is edible. I'll keep buying it, because like I said it's my only option for now- but if the quality keeps declining I'll update my review with a lower rating.
