Honestly I wanted to love them but I was very disappointed and had to return them.
First, they hurt my ears.
Second, they have horrible sound. My cheaper tribits sound better to be honest.
Third, the Bluetooth connection cut out at 10’ away from my phone.

Cowin reached out and replaced my headphones, wanting to make sure that I was satisfied. Basically, I just got a new pair for nothing more than them wanting me to be happy. They even upgraded me to the SE7’s and I’d definitely suggest them if you’re not happy with comfort on previous headphones you’ve had. Anyway- I’ve never encountered such amazing customer service before. Thanks Cowin.
