How OLD Is This Stuff?

This is not at all granular onion ... it is literally very fine powder ... was packaged who knows when and probably damp because it arrived literally hard as a rock needing to be re-ground. A food processor only left 1/4 diameter pebbles and so the coffee grinder was needed. I will not buy this again.
