So far it works well. I was ready to ship it back after first glance at the condition of the shipping box. I doubt it could handle one more transfer. Product was damaged , bent hinges, door fell off and rear corner bent from a hard drop. Found 5 door bearings under unit. I work on refrigeration equipment so repairs were nothing new to me. Exterior 3 sides warmed quickly and could hear refrigerant entering evap. plate so charge was still there. I chose this unit because of the forced air evap, fan motor. Box cools faster and more evenly compared to a static unit. The LED light is now our night light for the kitchen area. The front has plastic feet but compressor area in the rear is metal base sitting on the floor. DO NOT SLIDE unit on flooring or it will damage tile and wood finishes. Maybe something fell out of the box since the bottom was open. Over all I'm still going with 5 stars since shipping damage is not the fault of the equipment manufacturer. .03c
