I bought this double cook top two and half weeks ago, so far I absolutely love it. It takes a little getting used to cooking with Induction cookware but once you get the hang of it, it's really nice. I take frozen food out of the freezer, { pork chops, burgers, sausages } and put them in my induction pans, I turn the cook top on and set it to it's lowest setting, keep warm at 140 degree's and in a matter of minutes they are thawed and ready to cook. I would never try this on a conventional cook top. Once thawed I set the cook top to 360 degree's and cook them up. There have been no issues so far with the heating of the pans or cooking hot spots, no pan discoloration. Like I said earlier, this cook top has been excellent thus far. In the future if I have any problems at all, I will come back and update my review. Hopefully this product will continue to serve me well and last a number of years.
