Never used black food colouring before, I was surprised that this one actually has a pretty metallic shine to it. One teaspoon or so will only tint frosting grey so I used a LOT of the bottle on these cakes - for a big batch of 24 cupcakes I’ve probably used most of the bottle - but I’m pretty happy because they look super cool and I dont need to make black frosting often. I’d recommend this if you just want to do a one-off
Has a pretty pearl effect
