I’ve always wanted to try making sushi at home, and this kit made it as simple as 1,2,3! The bazooka is tricky at first, but it does perfectly compacted and shaped rolls, and the bamboo mats allow you to just easily wrap the nori around. We made 3-4 different rolls in less than 20 minutes, even the little ones wanted to help and use the “gun” and they looked like the ones we could get at a sushi place!
