I purchased two of these backpacks for our recent travel to Italy. With pickpocketing so prevelant over there, I wanted to ensure that I felt comfortable and save during my travels and during our excursions. The backpacks worked extremely well, were very comfortable and expanded to hold quite a bit of stuff, but right away - after only about 4 days of use, the locking zipper on the main, most important compartment, the compartment that holds your passport, credit cards and money broke and no longer clasped making its useless, on one of the bags. Now this backpack was not cheap and in my opinion, the most important feature no longer functions. I intend to reach out to the seller to seek replacement (as I did really love the bag and it helped me feel safer in my travels), but as I purchased this bag a few weeks prior to our travels I have exceeded the 30 day return period. I don’t know if the seller will honor their product and make me whole, but I certainly hope they do. I will update my review if the status changes from owning a broken anti theft backpack to a new working one. Please note, the 1 star rating is solely based on the zipper breaking immediately, if not for the broken zipper it would have been a 5 star review.
Great bag but locking zipper on main compartment broke after just 4 days
