I have a beautiful new puppy who is eating Purina Pro Plan. I bought another bag on Amazon only to realize I bought a 34 pound bag that is much too big for how much this puppy will eat. I tried to return it and was told it was a no return, refund only policy. I felt so badly that this happened as it was my fault. The great news is that we own a veterinary hospital and we are currently doing a pet food drive for the shelter for the Christmas holiday. We were able to donate this to the drive. I don't know who is responsible for this policy- if it is Purina or Amazon, but what a great cause it went to. The shelter will be able to feed many pups a healthy diet based on this donation.
