Heads up for anyone who is soy or estrogen sensitive.
I purchased this brand as it stated "contains No soybeans" and I am estrogen sensitive. After taking it for a little over a week I noticed continually worsening soreness and pain in my breasts. I contacted the manufacturer and was advised that one of the K2 ingredients did come from Natto (which comes from fermented soybeans) and would be a phytoestrogen.
I am sure the product is great for anyone that is not estrogen sensitive. I did like the small size of the capsule. They were also very nice on the phone for advice. I did not buy this direct from their company and so cannot return it for a refund.
