So I purchased this to use as my Plex server. Got everything setup and it looks and runs the Plex software quickly. One of the issues I have had is many of the movies I try to play the plex software says there is a problem with the file. So I fired up my PC with the plex server software and tried the exact same file off of the PR2100 and it played fine. I have run all of the firmware updates available as of 7/3/2017 (2.30.165). No help. I have updated the plex software as well (1754035). In addition to this issue the pr2100 just locks up after about a week or so. I always find out about it at 8pm while I’m cozy on the couch. My Ex worked perfectly. I’m really disappointed.
