I love this rainbow kite for kids. It is the second kite I've bought from this company. They are easy to fly, and my almost 5 year old loves it. Since they are so economical, it doesn't matter if it doesn't last forever, we just order another one and it's here in two days. Also, I've consistently received outstanding customer service from the company. They are attentive, quick to offer replacement credit, and always eager to keep a customer happy. They have s customer for life. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because for some reason the instructions to put the kite together never quite fit the actual parts....like it will mention two different color or width or length rods, but then all the rods are the same length or color or width. Special people like me need the directions to match the parts or we get frustrated lol.
