I have used once so far, bought as a replacement for a kitchenaid fp that i truely hate. So I used for slicing up some veggies for salad. Carrots celery and radishes, works very fast and well. Slices are nicely done. There is a piece of plastic that comes down further at the base of the feed tube, possibly to reduce the issue of the last little bit of whatever you are feeding just flopping around on top of the disc? Easy to clean up.(true joy after the ka) it didnt come with a container to store the discs which is annoying. As for the discs there are two one for fine slices and grating and the other for medium slice and grate. Which is very nice. I like the lid. Its simple and no places where food can get in and you cant get it back out. It fits on the counter under the cabinets. I will try to remember to uodate when I have used it more
