Worked great, then started wandering aimlessly, running into walls and sitting beeping and flashing as if stuck. Tried everything manual said, everything telephone service said, no dice. Emailed service center, who forwarded to someone else; no word from them for several days.
Update---they sent replacement, which seems more purposeful in mapping out rooms than did the first one. keeping my fingers crossed---will update again.
Update: replacement has worked very well for 2 months---seems upgraded. Hoping for the best....
