I was tired of the cheaper sheet pans warping or flexing in oven temps over 350 degrees. I finally bit the bullet and bought this Nordic Ware sheet pan. It is sturdy, shiny and so far, hasn't warped even in 400-450 degree oven temps. It does not have a non-stick surface, so you'll want to grease the pan or use parchment paper when you use it. Clean up is easier that way. Be aware that if you use a Brillo, steel wool or SOS pad, you will get fine scratches on the surface and won't have that perfect surface for very long. I would recommend this pan. Make sure this one is the size you want, as it is rather large.
