I use it in the sugar bowl daily. It measures the same as sugar and has no aftertaste. I do have to stir beverages a little longer to dissolve it--but not a lot. Give it a try! We've been using it for over 5 years. Give the Maple Syrup a try, too! It tastes delicious!
