The most common complaint is that fried foods stick to the skillets. Of course it will, if you don't season them! Like cast iron, these stainless steel skillets must be seasoned prior to use to make them non-stick. Like magic: Heat the skillet over medium heat ( #6 on my BOSCH Induction Cooktop ) with a liberal spray of PAM for exactly 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, let cool to the touch and wipe out with a paper towel. You now have a non stick pan. After use only wipe clean with a paper towel. If you clean with soap and water, just re-season the pan. to cook, spray with PAM and pre-heat for 2 minutes on #6.
