Today we welcomed a new member to the Caffeine Watch from King's Landing. While he's shorter than the others (this newer version is super thin) his mesh is Valyrian steel and sealed on both sides. There's a ringlet sandwiching the mesh to prevent any break in the Caffeine Watch's defenses.
Load the Wildfire. Pour the espresso. Hold fast against the Sleepwalkers.

I originally purchased this filter for my Aeropress and then proceeded to use it once a day, every day, for over a year. It was great. It joined the Caffeine Watch in the fight against the Sleep Walkers. 1,000 strains the Filter watched on the wall between caffeinated alertness and certain sleep. Three days ago, a double espresso met its match against a four hour night sleep. The mesh steel, while well engineered, was forged by a common smith. The result is the mangled contortion you see below. We burned his body, and now his watch has ended.
