I broke this new purchase in by making Chef John's Portuguese Caldo Verde (sausage and kale soup) and it was a dream to cook with! Even heat distribution, easy to clean, sturdy and a beautiful piece to look at. I look forward to trying some other recipes and investing in more All-Clad cookware.
