I REALLY wanted to like this book. The information in the book is fine, but the recipes are awful. I committed to making a new meal from this book for a total of two full weeks. The only recipe that my family said was pretty good but "weird" was the Hazelnut Chocolate Chia Pudding. The rest of the recipes we ate because we didn't want to waste them, but there wasn't one that we deemed good enough to make again. So disappointed.
