The eating plan in this book has been a God send for me. Weight is falling off my body at a rate of 2.5+ lbs per week with out any effort on my part other than cutting out grains, sugar, legumes, and veggie oil. My relationship with food is far more peaceful, no cravings or the inconvenience of measuring every morsel of food. I've had some sort of patchy dry skin condition for several years and that is clearing up since I've begun eating this way too.
I had become quite fed up with the constant changing winds of food recommendations and had given up trying to "eat healthy" for several years. Who could keep up with the latest claims? However, over time I could feel my body aging and decided to pray for God's guidance to an eating plan that would be a good fit for me. So far I am very pleased with the results.
