We bought this Stiga table for the office and it was relatively easy to setup - took about 20 minutes.
They include 12 free ping pong balls to get you to rate the table on Amazon (if you're wondering why there are so many reviews here).
But guess what, they don't follow through. It's been a month and multiple emails to them, their US customer support, and Swedish corporate office. Only the latter responds, and says they can't help at all. The other two don't even bother to respond.
The table is decent, but customer support is literally non-existant, especially for the 12 free balls promotion.
