This is one of the best espressos we've used so far. We've tried some of the Lavazza roasts- they were okay, we've tried Cafe Bustelo- not going back, now we try Illy. Dark chocolate like notes in every sip of espresso. We regularly make capuccinos and lattes, we see the difference. Also, we find the grind is perfect for our espresso machine- shots on our Delonghi EC155M run around the 30 second mark for a double- right where it should be, flavor is exceptional. Worth the extra scratch.
