  I am updating my review - somehow I had originally received a faulty product, but this wonderful company sent me a replacement and it is PERFECT - no bad smell at all. I really like this product and it really works for me. I use it in all my shoes and even socks!
  
  Below is the old review, and the company and the product have since then redeemed themselves to me as a customer!!!!!
  
  I just opened a package I purchased in early August and these smell like a very nasty chemical. I put them in socks and shoes and they both ended up smelling the same nasty smell.
  
  I have used products like these before and have NEVER had this problem. And, sadly, since it is past the 30 day return policy, I am unable to return them, and will not be able to use them.
  
  I wish the sellers would honor a return, but I can't find a link to communicate with them. HELP!
