This zester has been a lot of fun using in my cooking. I love fresh grated hard cheeses and was getting tired of constantly having to get my big food processor out to grate cheese when all I sometimes need is a few tablespoons. The ease of using this zester not only saves me time in creating delicious meals in prep, but also in clean up. The design is perfect for all my needs. I have zested several different things, oranges, lemons, limes, ginger, garlic, and of course cheese. I love the fine shavings I get using this zester. And the clean up is a breeze. It's nice and sharp so you don't have to press hard at all. My family especially loves spaghetti night now, because I can shred a fine dusting of parmesan onto their plates right in front of them just like they do at fancy restaurants. The length is perfect, it's sturdy and lightweight, a great kitchen tool. This would make a fantastic gift for anyone who likes to cook!
