Illy makes the absolute best coffee. Its got great bold flavor, but none of the acidity found in many American coffees that are sold at shops beginning with the letter S. This is a great morning espresso, makes a great cappuccino and Americano as well . Is just as wonderful black as it is with some cream. We usually have 3-5 different coffee beans on hand at any time and Illy is usually among the choices.
