I wish this could’ve been better for me! 😭 it was really good as far as helping with cognitive skills. I was able to focus at work and be stress free. Felt relaxed yet energized and got a lot done! Only thing is it made my stomach hurt Sooo bad and gave me really bad migraines. I took a break from it for 2 weeks and started back and same thing. Went through nausea and would feel light headed and dizzy a lot like a crash effect at mid day
