  Sooo, I have lupus and I got this guy to help keep me cool and reduce flareups. So. The cool air thing. It's a fan. It's gonna push around whatever air is around it. But I paired it with an ice ring for my neck. Kept me cool and happy throughout the whole summer. Even when the AC went down at work for a week during the really bad heat wave we had this year.
  It has 3 speeds. Even on the low speed, it kept me comfortable. The battery lasts longer on the low speed, too.
  The instructions are super clear. Easy to follow.
  Because of how it's designed, you can have your hair down as long as it doesn't go near the round pieces in the front. That's where the fan blades are. I usually had my hair up anyways cause summer heat.
  Lightweight. Portable. Comfortable.
  I got the green one cause I love green. It was a beautiful emerald green. True to color.
