I purchased this for my 9 month old dog after vet and trainer recommended I supplement her dry dog food with something in a can. They recommended Merrick and Blue Buffalo. I tried the Blue Buffalo and she really liked it so I decided to purchase this from Amazon since it is much cheaper than buying it locally. The first time I gave it to my pup she refused to eat it. I ended up spoon feeding it to her after it had been sitting in her bowl for over 12 hours. Every time I give it to her she will pick at eat but she won't gobble it down like she does the other kinds. Don't know why she doesn't like this unless I feed it to her myself.
