I finally found a quality sheet that fills my entire oven (with 3/4" on each side) and is big enough for an entire package of bacon (24oz, thick-sliced). I purchased the corresponding
Nordic non-stick rack
which allows for perfectly cooked, flat, crispy bacon every time. Add a little foil, clean-up is a breeze. This is quality cookware that doesn't warp or bend-- it costs a little more that the others but I think it's totally worth it.
Big enough for Bacon!!
