Great value compared to smaller packages. I will be buying again.

For those people questioning the use of erythritol because of it's 'cooling' properties... a little hint is to measure out the amount you need for your baking and then put it in a high speed blender and blend til it's a fine powder. It pretty much eliminates the cooling or crystals effect in your cooking.
