I have to have support in my flip flops. I usually wear very structural shoes because of this. My previous flips were chacos but the flip this year is no longer in wide and I have a wide toe box and high instep so need extra strap space at least. So the hunt began and was fruitless. The one pair I found that fit made my knees and back hurt because it didn't have structure. And then I saw the Ohana. It was structured but claimed to be soft. I was sceptical but desperate. They arrived today. They are none too wide for me. So those with ww feet be aware they are on the edge of okay with regard to width. I wear a 7.5 ww and the 8 is a perfect fit but no extra space. The foot bed is soft but still sound. My knees do not hurt when I walk around in them. I'll find out tomorrow if they can stand up to the whole day. I also like that they are guaranteed for the year. These are so comfortable and supportive. I think I have a new favorite.
