Worked with a friend's added adapter.

Item did not fit into the European outlets in Moldova. The outlets were recessed. Luckily a friend's adapter came with a special adapter for recessed outlets, so I was able to plug mine in and share the extra USB port with her. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to use the entire trip!
