I have high arches. I did not know why the bottom of my feet hurt so much until I finally went to a podiatrist who explained the necessity for arch supports. I got inserts for a pair of boots, but they are not for flip-flops. These Rainbow sandals are great, comfortable and long lasting. Being they are leather insoles, they are not sticky no matter what the weather. I wear these all the time, no matter what the season all day. The arch support has stayed the exact same since I got my first pair 2 years ago! Great sandals.
