I bought EVGA's product, because EVGA's RMA is known as incredible quality so far.
My Nu Audio Pro 7.1 broke down three months after the purchase and it does not recognize on motherboard at all.
I submitted RMA expecting the EVGA's incredible support, however the sent product was included BENT BRACKET, WEIRDO STICKER and OPENED PLASTIC BAG.
After I submitted uncomfortablely the RMA again, EVGA customer support sent me the exact same defective product with the weirdo seal removed only.
It's very uncomfortable to waste time for RMA, and it's so uncomfortable the price of $300 including silly customer support's wage.
Unfortunary, I disapointed to EVGA.
