My second Danby unit I've purchased. loved my first. it's the bigger model. got this for additional food and drink storage. everything looked great. plugged it in but at max cold got to about 45 degrees Fahrenheit. this is not a safe temperature for food. they tried to work with me in a timely manner but stated my options were to go through with a manufacturer warranty, or accept partial refund. they first offered 25 bucks, then 35, and lastly a max of 40 dollars. I accepted the last offer as I dont have the time to fool around with shipping it back etc. and at my expense to say the least. I dont find the resolve satisfactory enough to purchase again in the future. Unit is beautiful and the light is a nice touch. would work if you want semi cool drinks. definitely not cold. would improve rating if there was a more satisfactory resolve. especially after this being my second purchase and was going to get a 3rd unit.
