3.5 This book wasn't quite what I expected. It seemed more like a memoir which is fine but like I said, I wasn't expecting it. I find memoirs a little dull but this did have sparks on interesting things at times, that is why it earned over 3 stars. It included the science behind why we are happy. He includes tips to help become happier in your day to day life and over all this was a good read. Some parts may be for skimming.
