I used these to make homemade chocolate truffles for Christmas. I bought two bundles and was able to make a huge amount of truffles, three different flavors including enough to have their own chocolate shell. The chocolate in this product is definitely superior to what you can get at your local grocery store and is more than likely the same price if not a little cheaper for the quantity you are buying.
My father and he did a comparison taste test between these and the Tollhouse chocolate chips that we had on hand and found that these are definitely richer in taste and a little smoother as well.
If you have a head for making treats, and you want to do something special for the holidays or that special someone, I highly recommend using this product as one of your ingredients.
