I got an impressive maple syrup/pancake kit/gift from Maine. Never made pancakes before. Fried the batter for one pancake on a bigger pan and made a mess. Thought I would have better luck with this small, pancake size pan. They still came out gooie on the perimeter. It's probably my fault.
