This kit is a great starting point, especially if you're new to making dreamcatchers or are on a budget (as buying individual pieces can be pricier than one anticipates). However, as someone else said the picture differs from what actually came with the kit. For starters, the suede lace ended up being a darker gray color instead of turquoise, which I really was hoping it'd be. The beads as a result were also very different colors (still nice colors however). Although I used some of the feathers that came with this kit, I decided to buy feathers that are more colorful for the bottom portion. If you buy this kit, I'd recommend you use your own suede lace, as it seems some of the material flaked off the material (and if you want something more colorful than at least what I got).
Do not buy this kit if you're hoping to get exactly what is pictured. I'm not sure if what I bought is just a variety as far as color scheme goes or if what I got is what I got. If you're hoping to get a starter kit but are hoping to replace only some of the materials then this is a great value. One can expect somewhat lower quality in the materials given the price point but I think having the lace material flake and look worn down is not really cool. I'd give this product more stars if there was a disclaimer saying something like "product may vary from the image on this package" and if the lace didn't flake before it even arrived on my doorstep.
