**Update - This is my favorite almond flour. I've tried numerous brands and this one is the best I've had for a great price. I use it for cheesecake crusts, muffins, cookies, breading chicken, etc.. Great product and always consistent. ****
I purchased this product to cook some low carb recipes. It is a very nice almond flour. I find it to be a fine consistency which is what I was looking for. I previously purchased Bob Mills Almond meal/flour and it was much coarser than this item. I like the fine texture of this for making different recipes. I purchased a two pound bag which is almost gone. I will be purchasing this item again but in the 5 lb bag.
I added a couple of pictures of the low carb muffins that I cooked using this flour.
The package itself is resealable which is a great thing. Good price and fast delivery
