The racks are not wide enough to stay in place. They slip and collapse when the when there are drinks on them causing all the drinks to fall. I have included pictures too illustrate my point. If they were a centimeter wider, they would be perfect. The racks will not stay centered because of the way it is designed. It'll always slide to one side, causing the other side to fall. It works if you only fill the rack up about half way.
The other issue is that the fridge will not reach the temperature you set it to. I have a fridge thermometer to measure it. It'll always be 5 degrees higher or so. Safe refrigeration range for food is 30-40 degrees Fahrenheit. The minimum setting on this fridge is 33, but it really only goes down to about 38 or so. So I just set it at the minimum.
There are some good things, but they do not outweigh the bad. The design is nice and the fridge is very quiet. The temperature thing I don't mind, but the racks falling are super annoying to fix.
They did send me $20 worth of Amazon gift cards for registering the product though, which was nice.
