Professional chef ordered this about 2 months ago. Only used once before, then today on Thanksgiving morning making a simple pie crust. After use, blades were being cleaned and I noticed chips in the tip of the blade. If these blades chip and get into something and someone eats it with the blade parts, there can be a serious injury and the company can be sued.
2nd Normal Use, Noticed Chipped Blade!
